Question. I recently had a perm and my hair looks good when it's wet, but frizzy when it's dry. What does that mean?
Answer. If your perm looks good when hair is wet, but frizzy when hair is dry, your perm was overprocessed. What does overprocessed mean? It means that the ends still had a perm and you did a second perm on those ends. Either the wrong solution was used on your hairtype or the perm solution stayed too long on the hair. Also, the hair may have been very porous at the ends prior to the permanent wave.
